You know what’s really cool? If we could all just eyeball measurements and be correct. I bake now and then, and one of the things I have a love/hate relationship with is measuring ingredients. It takes me a few extra seconds to perfect the amount and wash the measuring utensil.

Also, I don’t always have what I need. Sometimes, the unit is too small or too big. I end up guessing the amount in the end.

The point is, I found this useful kitchen conversion guide that I shall bookmark and hopefully get to use at some point in my life.
